There is nothing else that really stands out about this building and it is not particularly innovate, especially given the context (Ikoyi) - which should inspire the best in architectural outcomes, giving its apparent prestige. With that said, one good thing about the design is that it responds to the junction, as the centre of the building protrudes towards it, while its edges have a greater setback and conform with the neighbouring buildings.
