The following overview just highlights some of the ongoing projects in Ikoyi that have been completed or are still under construction over the last few years.
1) Grand Meridien Ikoyi - 15 Floors X 2 - Hospitality (This is has ongoing project that has stalled for various reasons, including changes in the design specs, among other challenges. It is situated near the Ikoyi Foreshore and according to Starwood Hotels, it is expected to open its doors in January 2017.
2) YF/Ibalex is a 15 Floor commercial development being built at Temple Road for the Ibalex Group. It was designed by Tabet Atelier D'Architecture (TAA), Lebanon. The project has topped out, but according to recent images from various sources - cladding is yet to commence.

3) Chelsea Hotel, Osbourne Road is a 10 Floor Hotel being built by Impacto Grupo for Chidol Properties (Subsidiary of Chelsea Group Limited. Read more about the project here. It is located adjacent to the Osbourne Towers and has already reached a comparable height.
4) Gerrard 46 and Gerrard 21 are Residential Properties situated relatively near the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge. Gerrard 46 was designed by CODE - Consultants & Designers. Gerrard 46 was originally planned to be 18 floors, but was finalized as a 13 floor structure. Gerrard 21 was designed by Tabet Atelier D'Architecture (TAA), Lebanon. Gerrard 21 has 25,000 sqm of built up area, while Gerrard 46 has 17,000 sqm of built up area. Both projects have been completed.
5) Heritage Place is a 15 Floor office development, situated not too far off the foreshore along Kingsway Road. Read more about the project here. Upon completion, it will be one of Nigeria's 'Greenest' office buildings.
